Through trial and error, victories and losses and 15 years of learning, I am not close to being the finished product (we never will be by the way) but I've built knowledge, skills and tools to not only help curate my wellbeing but offer guidance to others on how to go about doing the same. I now run wellbeing workshops for families, provide wellbeing consultancy services to schools and am also employed as a Wellbeing Specialist in an International School in Spain. Separate to this, I run boxing classes for adults and have community events regularly.
Studies include; BSc marketing Innovation & technology, BA of Education, MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience for Mental Health
